1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Funded Edge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Funded Edge is a skill-based challenge platform. Important clarifications:

• This is NOT gambling. Users do not wager real money on sports outcomes.
• Participants purchase access to simulated picking challenges.
• Performance is measured against predefined targets.
• Payouts are rewards for meeting challenge objectives, not winnings from bets.
• All picks are pre-match only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ in some jurisdictions) to use our platform. By using Funded Edge, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Challenge Rules

All challenge participants must adhere to the following rules:

• Minimum odds requirement of 1.40 (-250 American)
• Maximum stake limits as specified per challenge type
• Daily loss limits apply and reset at 00:00 UTC
• Drawdown limits must be respected at all times
• Only pre-match picks are permitted
• No hedging or middling: you may not place conflicting picks on the same match across any market type (spread, moneyline, totals) or across multiple challenges

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed upon meeting challenge objectives and completing KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method. Funded Edge reserves the right to verify all picking activity before approving payouts.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated systems or bots
• Exploiting system bugs or errors
• Creating multiple accounts
• Sharing account access
• Any form of market manipulation or collusion
• Hedging or middling: placing conflicting picks on the same match, including opposite spreads, opposite moneylines, Over/Under on the same total, or cross-market hedges (e.g. a spread on one team and the moneyline on the opposing team). This rule applies within a single challenge and across all active challenges on your account.

8. Termination

Funded Edge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Modifications

Funded Edge reserves the right to modify challenge rules, payout structures, and these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

Funded Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
