Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Funded Edge, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any challenge.

2. Challenge Fee Refunds

Before Challenge Starts

Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase AND before placing any picks.

After First Pick

No refunds available once you have placed your first pick. Challenge fees are non-refundable after the challenge begins.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • You have not placed any picks on your challenge account
  • Your account is in good standing with no rule violations
  • This is your first refund request (one-time courtesy)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • After placing any picks on the challenge account
  • After 24 hours from purchase (even without activity)
  • Account termination due to rule violations
  • Failed challenges (not meeting profit targets)
  • Breached drawdown or loss limits
  • Technical issues caused by user's device or connection

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@fundededge.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Challenges are sold as complete packages and must be refunded in full if eligible.

8. Account Credits

In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of refunds at our discretion. Account credits can be used toward future challenge purchases and do not expire.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our process, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
